Animal Care Specialist
at Honey
Brooklyn, New York, United States
Honey is developing ultra-high resolution organic printing technology to impact the evolutionary fiber of four major rendered animal species. Due to recent developments, we are confident that our breeding process will yield exponential resolution returns, and will be able to move our recently acquired proprietary processes from the digital to an exponentially hyper-realistic realm that has never before been experienced. This will require a four-stage digital breeding process.
We are building a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about making a world-changing impact, and we are seeking motivated animal care specialists who thrive working in a fast-paced research environment. Animal care specialists in this role will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the research and development of high-resolution imaging and animal models.
This role requires highly performant rendering for custom compression algorithms to signal processing of neural signals in a compact pixel environment. You will be responsible for handling these animals with extreme care, finding impactful solutions and optimizations, thorough testing, and helping convert rendering algorithms for a super-detailed evolutionary experience. This role will collaborate directly with an exceptional team of neuroscientists and electrical, firmware, and mechanical engineers to define and implement these projects.
